To Ploy
I totally agree, this web log is too wordy. It’s the thing that I’ll improve, sorry about that. For the content on this web log, I’ll use it for making the report on several projects also, so I think wordy is quite acceptable since I want to specify the project in details, like why I have to make this project? What is the steps?. The visualize like PERT, Gantt Chart, and other visual aids will come follows on this web log and also in the report in order to give convenience to the audience, when I have time, I’ll do it, I promise.

About MS Office Project, when I’ve time I’ll. I’ve some experience in using MS Office Project to make project scheduling visual aids like Gantt Chart and PERT before. When I’ve time I’ll take a deep look in details of how to use it then.

my comment about your web log:
1. It’s too wordy. I suggest you should demonstrate your project in a more audiance-friendly way. for example, using graph or diagram to show the progress like pert or grant chart.
For people who don’t have so much time, they are intimidated by long passage.
2. I also found it difficult to find my last message and your reply. pls improve.
now i’m studying how to use microsoft office project 2003. i think it would be very helpful for you too . if you have time, pls try studying or you can teach me how to use it.
