[Issue] Internet Problem at Head Office

Problem:

How to solve the problem?

use 2 lines of ADSL Internet from difference ISP, in this case True and TOT.
use hardware called Load Balancer.
use Internet Gateway Web Portal, setting permission for each user account to access, different account have different internet bandwidth.
